Kop van Zuid, Rotterdam

Last weekend I visited the so called "Kop van Zuid" in Rotterdam, At this spot once people went by boat to the States and Canada for a better future. In the Second World War nearly the entire city was destroyed by the German agressor, leaving ample space for modern architecture nowadays.
